About the service
Household HQ is a private household command center for organizing appointments, calendars, groceries, recipes, inventory, and household records.
Accounts and responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials private, providing accurate information, and ensuring that people invited to your household are authorized to access its information. Household administrators are responsible for managing membership and connected integrations.
Household information
Household HQ may contain user-generated information such as schedules, shopping items, recipes, notes, photos, and household records. You retain responsibility for the information you enter and for maintaining appropriate backups of anything important.
Third-party integrations
Household HQ can connect to third-party services, including Google Calendar and Google Photos Picker. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms and policies. You control whether to connect or disconnect them.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Household HQ, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use it to violate another person's privacy or rights.
Availability
Household HQ is provided as a convenience and may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable. The service is not a guaranteed archive, emergency service, medical service, or substitute for professional advice.
Disconnection and termination
You may disconnect Google integrations or stop using Household HQ at any time. Access may be suspended or ended if necessary to protect the service, users, or data, or if these terms are violated.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Household HQ is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Household HQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-data damages arising from use of the service, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as Household HQ develops. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
